TCCS President & CEO, Vatche Dakessian holds a B.Sc. in Electronic, Computer And Systems Engineering from Loughborough University Of Technology (United Kingdom-1979) and an M.Sc. in Control Systems Engineering from the University Of Manchester Institute Of Science And Technology UMIST (United Kingdom-1980).
He established Dakessian Consulting in 1984 to provide state of the art Information & Communications Technologies (ICT) related advisory and consulting services to worldwide clients in banking, industry, insurance, commercial, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies and governments. Client lists continue to expand and diversify capitalizing on a track record and consulting experience spanning over a quarter of a century.
As a leading professional in the field, Dakessian is a member of a number of professional and trade associations including the Institution of Engineering And Technology of London, the Institute of Measurement & Control of London, the Jordanian American Chamber Of Commerce and the Information Technology Association.
Dakessian is also the President & CEO of Amon Technologies- Power Management & Control Systems specializing in the remote monitoring and management of un-interruptable power supplies (UPS) using GSM, GPRS and IP network technology as well as the Vice President & CTO of Secured Telecommunications Systems which provides specialist IT and network security products and services.
