The main deliverable under this service is typically a detailed report comprising of six parts outlining the following:

(I) Current Systems: Provides an overview of the systems currently implemented at the client site as well some of the problems and challenges facing their implementation and upgrades.

(II) System Requirements: Describes the desired new system’s (typically ERP) requirement and modules, their expected functions and main reports and the new technologies introduced by the ERP system and their possible impact some change in processes, reporting methods as well as new types of information that will help in planning, operating, forecasting, and statistics. Executive level functional expectations from the ERP system are also listed. The migration from the existing to an automated system implies training requirements, new skills to be obtained, new skilled staff that might be needed and different information security issues.

(III) Staff Training: Describes some of the capacity building needs for client's technical staff that are required in order to operate and maintain the new system.

(IV) Data Conversion: Describes the recommended steps to be taken when converting and/or importaing data from the existing systems.

(V) Project Timeline: Outlines the main milestones for the project as well as the total timescale in calendar months.

(VI) Terms & Conditions: Provides guidance to potential bidders as well as information and instructions necessary for the preparation of proposals and the scoring and evaluation procedure.
